- "Payment Instrument". Includes credit card, debit card, bank account, UPI, IMPS, prepaid instruments, and any similar payment methods enabled by financial institutions.
- "Platform". Refers to the website or other platform where the merchant offers products or services and where transactions may be initiated.
- "Transaction". Refers to the order or request placed by the user to purchase listed products or services.
- "Transaction Amount". Means the amount paid by the user in connection with a transaction.
- "User". Means any person availing the products or services offered on the platform.

Merchant Rights
We may collect, store, and share the information provided by you where necessary to deliver products or services and communicate about related transactions.

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information needed to process transactions and deliver services.
This may include personal details such as name, contact information, delivery address, demographic details where required, and accurate payment information relevant to the transaction.

Prohibited Actions
You may not use the platform for purposes other than those for which it is made available, and you may not engage in misuse, interference, or unlawful conduct.
- Systematically collecting platform data without permission.
- Creating accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
- Circumventing or disabling platform security features.
- Attempting to obtain sensitive account information or impersonate another user.
- Submitting false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Using bots, scripts, or other automated extraction tools without authorization.
- Interfering with the platform, connected networks, or services.
- Using platform information to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Copying, adapting, reverse engineering, or decompiling platform software.
- Using the platform in a way that violates applicable law or regulations.

Limitation of Liability
The user agrees that available remedies are limited as described in these terms and that liability is restricted to the extent permitted by law.
If a defective product or deficient service is received, the primary remedy is to initiate the applicable refund process, subject to the refund terms in the governing arrangement.
The user also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the merchant, its affiliates, agents, and representatives against claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from breach or alleged breach of these terms.

Guidelines For Reviews
If the platform permits reviews or ratings, posted reviews must be lawful, truthful, and based on firsthand experience.
- Reviews should not contain abusive, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory language.
- Reviews should not reference illegal activity or include knowingly false statements.
- Users should not coordinate campaigns encouraging others to post misleading positive or negative reviews.
- Users should not post competitor-driven negative reviews or legal conclusions presented as fact.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanisms described here.
The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the subject matter or formation of these terms.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms may be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as applicable from time to time.
